Evie T. Peacock

Evie has been in the industry since the early 2000s, and was licensed in 2006. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband Jesse and two boys. They love going to the beach and golf cart rides in the neighborhood. With over 20 years experience, Evie has become a pillar to the real estate community with her knowledge, dedication to each file, and professionalism. She is passionate about giving the best service there is in the title business.

Desire Duff

Licensed Title Agent

Desire has been with Peacock Title Inc since April of 2021. She has grown to be a Closing Agent, and has her Title Agent license as well to assist Evie. She has an A.S. in Criminal Justice, and a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies with an Emphasis in Political Science and Psychology. She is also currently pursuing a Juris Master at FSU. Desire is excited to become a practicing Attorney, and cannot wait to continue to grow her title knowledge.

Brittany Cronan

Closing Coordinator

Brittany has been with Peacock Title Inc since October of 2021. She is a processor and closing assistant who strives to make every file perfect from start to finish. She’s from Wakulla County, married and has two children. Brittany is excited about her future growth as she learns to navigate the title world.
